About the Role
You'll design and run the services behind our payroll and HR platform, used every month by thousands of employees across Saudi Arabia. You'll work in a small team with product and design, and own features from first sketch to production.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years building web back ends, ideally in Python and Django
- Solid PostgreSQL: schema design, query plans, migrations
- Comfortable with background jobs, queues and caching
- Clear written English; Arabic is a plus
